Simply Nine understands and possesses depth of experience in all phases of the design and construction process. Simply Nine offers full construction management services and individual components of service custom tailored to meet its clients' every need.

Our list of services are extensive and continue to grow as Simply Nine strives to
accommodate the diverse needs of its clients, and recognizes the ever changing function of our role as construction managers.

Preconstruction through Closeout

The preconstruction phase commences during design focusing on budgeting, value
engineering, scheduling, phasing and site logistics studies. Then, with state-of-the-art technological systems full administration of the construction phase is directed. Finally, we focus our efforts on contract close-outs soon after substantial completion and beneficial occupancy with post occupancy and warranty inspections 10 months after project completion, and just prior to the expiration of the 12-month warranty period.

Our management approach and seasoned team of construction professionals results in a project that is delivered safely, on time, within the established budget and of high quality standards that exceed client expectations every time.

Our experienced staff has diverse technical and management skills. We develop, administer and control construction projects for public agencies. Our particular knowledge of construction claims and the many factors that can foster construction disputes provides our unique insight into the development and management of construction programs.

Any of the services performed by Simply Nine can be provided as a stand alone service. We do not subscribe to the "All or Nothing" philosophy used by some construction managers.
