The company was founded on 8th May 2007 by the group of the Engineers and Architects, who had a long experience on real estate business as Designer, Owner's representative, Project and Construction Manager and Contractor, to meet the increasing demand for responsive, cost-effective, quality, construction management services for complex projects and resolution of construction disputes.

Management Team

Simply Nine is comprised of construction professionals with backgrounds in architecture, engineering, construction, and information technology. Our full time staff includes principals, project executives, senior project managers, project engineers, construction superintendents, safety officers, schedulers, estimators, technicians and administrators.

This veteran team possesses the requisite experience in construction management, Simply Nine scheduling, conceptual budget estimating, comprehensive cost estimating, value engineering, constructability analysis, quality assurance and safety management.
